Last night’s tea

Fajitas with sour cream and guacamole followed by Krispy Kreme donuts, with a side of rum and coke.

Beautiful.

Our house went a little bit oriental themed in the meal tonight, and it was fucking heavenly.

I’m not going to even attempt to produce a recipe for this because I had nothing to do with it, my mum is just a quality cook.

It’s steamed sea bass with ginger and garlic and shredded veg and we also had sweet and sour chicken and Jasmine rice. Apart from the fiddly nature of the bass (deboning them is a complete bitch I can tell you that) the meal was absolutely wonderful. The only downside was sharing it with a house full of people.

The recipes for both dishes can be found in a really old Ken Hom book and they’re fairly simple enough to make, I was just playing Mario Kart at the time. I’d advise making it because it tastes amazing.

(I will try and sort out my camera issues soon by buying a new charger because the iPhone camera quality is no where near as good)

Hi, my name is Phil and I’ve decided to start a food blog along with my girlfriend Taylor along with a few other people to be later introduced. I’m english and she’s american and we’re co running this food blog for basically something to do.

I’ve been living on the ‘wild side’ these past few days and haven’t really had any decent home cooked food so, the shining icon of health that i am, here is Sunday’s tea. A donner kebab with cheesy garlic bread and a jumbo can of irn bru.
